Should I use conversational search when running enterprise search to improve information retention?

I've been looking for ways to improve my business's customer service process. I'm looking into enterprise search to assist me in retrieving important customer documents from my database. I want my customer service representatives to be able to quickly and easily find the information they require to provide excellent customer service. Is it wise to invest in an enterprise search tool that supports natural language searches?
