Can I set creative property names in my Notion applicant database to improve search results?
Asked 3 years ago
I've been tasked with tracking applications for our new positions in my department. I've set up properties to organize all of the applicants in the pipeline. I'm looking for creative ways to scout for key talent in the pool. Can I use something like an applicant's fun facts about themselves as a property to get quick results?

You can set creative property names in your Notion applicant database to improve search results. It is a beneficial feature that allows you to quickly find the specific type of applicant you're looking for. Moreover, inducing creativity in your property names is a splendid way to ensure you're only searching for applicants strictly related to the property you listed in the search box.
