How clean is the Asana user interface for quick searches?

Asked 2 years ago

I am looking into using Asana for my team so they can organize and track their work in one secure location. However, I first want to make sure that the user interface is easy for them to learn without any complicated features. My employees need to be able to perform quick searches to find their saved projects, chats, and contacts. Will Asana allow them to do this in a clean and easy way?

The user interface of Asana is relatively user-friendly and easy to understand and comprehend. When you search anything by its name on the basic quick-search bar, you will find these blocks:

  • Tasks
  • Projects
  • Portfolios
  • Messages
  • Goals
  • Project Briefs
  • Teams
  • People
  • Tags

These blocks make it easier for you to obtain the desired information quickly. You can even search by your teammate's name to see their "My Tasks". Furthermore, the advanced search feature is another good way to find the relevant data from a more appropriate and concise list.
