Can knowledge graphs be used for search in various data sources?
Asked 3 years ago
My project manager wants us to develop an artificial intelligence model that will interface with our internal chatbot system. However, I am working with data from silos scattered across the various locations of our remote teams. In the machine learning model, I hope to incorporate semi-structured and unstructured data. I'd like to connect the disparate data sources, and I'm wondering if knowledge graphs are the best solution.

You can use Knowledge Graphs and Search combined to enable various search use cases, including finding information with contextual relationships, exhibiting relevant matters in a knowledge panel, or activating an expert finder. However, this might not be the EASIEST way to achieve your goal.
Fortunately, there's a better solution, "Unleash". You can use Unleash as part of your strategy to cut the legwork. Unleash enables you to search, find and access information across all your company applications easily and quickly.
