Can I use multi-select property to search for a particular skill in my Notion talent database?

I have been developing my company's talent database for new hires in the pipeline. Due to the dozens of applications we're getting in, I want to set up several properties to make it easier to search for applicants. I have a skills property, but I don't know if I can create multiple tags to identify different skills? Is this possible for quick search results?

Yes, Notion database properties offer a multi-select option that you can use to set up more than one skill in the database of a particular employee. Just select a property and find the multi-select option in it. Now name it accordingly, such as skills, and set up its attributes according to specific employees.
