There are a variety of metrics used in knowledge management, but some of the most common include:
- The number of new ideas generated.
- The number of ideas implemented.
- The amount of time saved through process improvements.
- The number of customer complaints that have been resolved.
- The number of employees trained.
- The percentage of employees with the required knowledge for their role.
These metrics can help organizations track their knowledge management progress and identify areas where improvements are needed.
