Does KM in HR help with new employees' onboarding experience?
Asked 3 years ago
I am considering implementing a knowledge management system for the HR team while the company is still growing. I know onboarding has been a bit of a challenge with information being lost and onboarding packages being misplaced, and it can make or break that experience for new employees. Updating these documents has been a hassle, and I need a way to simplify the onboarding process by having that information stored and easily accessible.

Yes! KM helps the HR departments with new employees' onboarding experience. It provides a centralized, searchable repository of all relevant information about the company's employees and job roles. KM also assists new hires in conveniently familiarizing themselves with the organization and its process. Hence, they become competent quickly and efficiently.
