Can I improve teamwork on a project by using KM?

Asked 2 years ago

I have read about the snowball effect in companies to help improve the customer experience. Companies have improved customer success through employee morale and I want to apply this to how we handle projects during the project cycle. In the end, a company's success goes back to the productivity and effectiveness of its workforce. Can knowledge management be used to improve my team's productivity on projects during a project cycle?

Knowledge Management (KM) is a great way to improve your team's productivity. It uses specific tools like wikis and spreadsheets to help everyone share information and collaborate more effectively. With a knowledge management system, you can store all the valuable information in a unified place so that every team member knows what needs attention at any given time.
