What is Unleash?
Unleash brings all the scattered pieces of data from your cloud and computer right to you. You can search across your workspace, launch web pages and take quick actions from one search bar, such as: log an issue on Github, schedule a meeting on Google Hangouts and more.
How do you make money?
Like a lot of companies at our stage, we place a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction as we strive to improve our product by tweaking our road map with feedback provided by users. In the future we will present a reasonable pricing model.
Can I use Unleash from my mobile phone?
Unleash is currently available for MacOs, Windows and Linux Computers. In the near future we will release an advanced mobile app.
How can I contact you?
Click the 'Intercom' button on the bottom right of Unleash, send a mail to support@unleash.io or leave feedback via the Unleash feedback portal (click the ‘feedback’ icon located on the bottom left hand corner) or click "Contact Us" on the website. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
How can I delete my account?
Easy. Just go to preferences and hit the 'delete' button. Alternatively, you can always contact us at - support@unleash.so and ask to delete your account. Please note, if you decide to delete your account, all your data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours. If you change your mind, just sign into Unleash that same day. Once deleted, you will not be able to reactivate your account or retrieve any of the data you have added. Should you wish to have an account with Unleash again, you can start over by creating a new account.
How do I connect apps?
Initially, you can connect apps during onboarding. Don't worry, you can always view available apps and connect the apps you want in the apps section (dotted grid on the bottom left of Unleash).
How do I remove apps?
You can remove existing apps directly from the 'apps' section. Just click on the relevant application and click the 'X' button.
Can I connect more than one account per App?
Of course. Our platform allows you to connect as many accounts as you want. All you need to do is go to the 'app' section, select the app you would like to add an additional account to and select 'Add Account'.
How do you protect my data?
All data is stored in encrypted private cloud databases. Unleash is SOC2 Type2 compliant, GDPR ready and committed to the most severe standards of data protection. For further information please see our Privacy Policy
Do you provide data to any third party?
We don't share, sell, trade or transfer data for 3rd parties whatsoever.
Do you store users data?
To provide you with the best experience, we collect the minimum amount of data that you approve and store it in encrypted private cloud databases.
