What are Collections?

Collections are an easy way to organize related documents across all your tools into topics. You can think of them as a way to curate information for yourself and for other teammates to find and use easily.

There are three different kinds of Collections: Curated, Live and Wiki.

Curated Collection

With a Curated Collection you can group resources and links from across your apps, as well as drag and drop resources from anywhere into the collection and have all relevant information stored in one place.

Have a big launch coming up? Group the development plan, product roadmap, design folder, marketing communications and bug reports to a collection so your cross functional team are informed and on the same page with regards to the project's objectives, plans, and status.

Someone new just joined your team? Group the employee handbook. company policies and procedures manual, organization chart, training materials, key contact list and all the other relevant documents and links into a specific collection and share the link with them on their first day.

Live Collection

A Live Collection saves a search query and automatically updates its results in real-time, eliminating the need for repeatedly searching the same query.

Want to see the issues assigned to you? Save a search query in Unleash that gathers all of your assigned issues.

Looking to track leads in Salesforce? Establish a live collection for quick and efficient monitoring of their progress.

Wiki Collection

A Wiki Collection focuses on a specific topic and organizes information into subtopics using cards to make information retrieval easier for you and your team.

Looking to arrange company policies and procedures with comprehensive information on all relevant aspects of the subject? Create a Wiki with cards including operational policies, work from home policy to share with your workspace.
